Remembrance Hearts, are two ceramic hearts in one-a tiny inner heart that can go with the baby or any age loved one who died, framed by a detachable larger outer heart that can be saved by the loved one who is grieving.  A gold string accompanies the outer heart so it can be worn by the bereaved person, often mommy.  One can also go to another child, in a keepsake box, or to daddy, while ther larger one goes to mommy.
